Hand Skills Program

Sensory Support Program:

Our hand skills program, led by an occupational therapist in a full classroom setting, is designed to enhance students' fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and overall dexterity. This program supports a range of activities essential for academic tasks, such as writing, cutting, and manipulating small objects, as well as daily living skills. The goal of this program is to give children hand-skills support right in the classroom and decrease unnecessary referrals to occupational therapy services.

Classes can be booked for a mini 6-week program, or a full 12-week program. Programs include weekly classes, consults with teachers, individual checklists for children in the classroom, and adaptations provided to support them.

Our sensory program, led by an occupational therapist in a full classroom setting, is designed to support students in processing and responding to sensory information. This program aims to create an optimal learning environment by addressing students' sensory needs, helping them regulate their sensory input, and promoting focus, calmness, and engagement in classroom activities.

Classes can be booked for a mini 6-week program, or a full 12-week program. Programs include weekly classes, consults with teachers, individual checklists for children in the classroom, and adaptations provided to support individual children.

Workshops
