Our fun, interactive activities are tailored to stimulate your baby's growth while providing parents with practical exercises and activities to use at home. Milestone Movers is an exciting obstacle course class led by a pediatric Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist, perfect for little ones who are on the move! Designed to support key developmental skills, this class encourages exploration and physical activity in a fun and structured environment. Each session focuses on promoting strength, coordination, balance, and motor planning through a variety of obstacle challenges. It's a great opportunity for kids to build confidence while moving their bodies and having a blast! Parents will also learn strategies to support their child’s physical development at home.
